Mission Statement
Independent Futures is an outpatient transitional living services program for homeless and precariously housed youth ages 16-24. Independent Futures provides case management, life and social skills training; mental health assessments; individual therapy; assistance with employment training and educational assistance for youth that are homeless or precariously housed. Services also include assisting youth in stabilizing their living situatiyouons and accessing longer term housing.
